Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) is outraged that the United States Justice Department under Attorney General Jeff Sessions has chosen to revoke the decision by former Obama administration Attorney General Eric Holder that provided employment protections for transgender individuals under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
